From Ghana arrival to the customer.

Local delivery in Ghana is billed separately unless it is expressly included in the KhinSaas Online order or SAAS Logistics quotation. Customers should collect or arrange delivery promptly after arrival notification.

Unless otherwise stated, storage charges may begin after ten calendar days. Goods left unclaimed for more than thirty days after repeated official notice may be treated as abandoned to the extent permitted by Ghanaian law, subject to any further notice required.

Delivery times are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Customers may receive arrival, pickup or delivery updates from KhinSaas Online, SAAS Logistics Ghana Limited or an authorized delivery partner.

Visible loss, shortage or damage should be reported as soon as possible, preferably within three days of receipt, with photographs/video, invoice or receipt and tracking details.
