SAAS LOGISTICSGHANA LIMITED · SHIP WITH CONFIDENCE
Shipping & Logistics Terms and Conditions
Effective September 2026. These terms cover SAAS Logistics Ghana Limited services, including logistics services provided for KhinSaas Online orders.

1. General

SAAS Logistics Ghana Limited is the “Agent” and the person or entity requesting or receiving logistics services is the “Client”. By sending goods to an address supplied by the Agent, paying a logistics invoice, or otherwise instructing the Agent to process a shipment, the Client is deemed to accept these Terms. KhinSaas Online remains responsible for retail-sale and product-related obligations; SAAS Logistics is responsible for the logistics services it agrees to provide.

2. Shipment Requests

The Client must provide accurate identification and shipment information, use the current warehouse address, provide tracking numbers and truthful package details, and give consolidation instructions in advance. Responsibility begins after receipt is confirmed at the designated warehouse or handover point. Changes after preparation/booking may be impossible or attract fees. Air/sea warehouse transfers are not guaranteed.

3. Description & Declaration of Goods

Battery-powered and special goods may have different requirements. Goods may be inspected when lawfully required. Contents and values must be declared accurately. Prohibited, illegal, dangerous or restricted goods require prior written approval and all necessary permits.

4. Packaging & Liability

The Client is responsible for adequate supplier packaging, especially for fragile, liquid, gaseous, chemical and sensitive goods. SAAS Logistics is not liable for damage primarily caused by inadequate packaging except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded. Customers are encouraged to photograph high-value or fragile goods before dispatch.

5–6. Consolidation, Volume & Warehouse Receipt

Sea cargo may receive up to 10 calendar days complimentary consolidation; air cargo may receive up to 4 calendar days. Current quotations/rate schedules govern minimum billable weights/volumes and later storage/handling charges. Goods received overseas are generally treated as ready for shipment; supplier returns are not guaranteed.

7. Payment Obligations

Air freight is normally paid in full before international dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing. Sea freight payment timing follows the quotation/invoice. Late payment may delay processing, dispatch, clearance, release or delivery. Pay only through officially designated channels. Actual/volumetric weight and minimum-volume rules may apply. Local delivery is separate unless expressly included.

8–9. Storage & Delivery

Customers should collect or arrange delivery promptly. Unless otherwise stated, storage charges may begin after 10 calendar days. Delivery/transit times are estimates unless guaranteed in writing, and supplier dispatch, consolidation, customs inspection and local delivery can be separate from international transit estimates.

10. Force Majeure, Exceptions & Claims

SAAS Logistics is not liable for delay/failure caused by events beyond reasonable control such as carrier disruption, port congestion, customs holds, government action, strikes, severe weather, war, civil disturbance, public-health restrictions, system outages or third-party carriers. Loss/damage claims require supporting evidence. Visible issues should be reported promptly, preferably within three days.

11. Cargo Protection / Insurance

Insurance/protection is optional unless required. Premiums, insured value, exclusions, deductibles, limits and reimbursement terms must be confirmed in writing; no insurance percentage should be assumed.

12. KhinSaas Online Orders

SAAS Logistics is the designated logistics company for assigned KhinSaas Online goods. Shipping notices, freight invoices, tracking updates, warehouse instructions and delivery communications may therefore identify SAAS Logistics. Product price, description, warranty, return eligibility and merchandise refunds remain governed by KhinSaas Online’s applicable terms, while logistics matters are governed by these Terms.

13–17. Law, Disputes & Agreement

The Terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Parties should first seek good-faith negotiation; unresolved disputes may proceed to mediation and, where applicable, arbitration in Accra under Ghanaian law. These Terms, applicable quotations, invoices, rate schedules and specific written conditions form the logistics agreement. Material amendments apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise; invalid provisions do not invalidate the remainder.

18. Contact & Acceptance

Use only contact and payment details officially published or directly confirmed by SAAS Logistics Ghana Limited or KhinSaas Online. Submitting goods, accepting a quotation, paying an invoice or instructing SAAS Logistics to proceed confirms acceptance.

Document note: The underlying September 2026 terms document is a business draft and states that it should be reviewed by a Ghana-qualified lawyer before final public adoption.
