Air freight is intended for shipments where speed is important. Transit times are estimates and may be affected by supplier dispatch, consolidation, carrier capacity, customs, weather and other operational events.

Before shipping: confirm the current warehouse address, provide the tracking number and an accurate description of the goods. Battery-powered, heavy, oversized, restricted or special goods may require additional handling, documentation, cost or time.

Charges: air freight may use actual or volumetric/dimensional weight. Freight is normally paid in full before international dispatch unless SAAS Logistics agrees otherwise in writing. Foreign-currency quotations paid in Ghana cedis use the stated exchange rate at invoicing/payment.

Consolidation: air cargo may receive up to four calendar days of complimentary consolidation from arrival of the first package; storage or handling charges may apply afterwards under the current rate schedule.

Important: packages sent to an air-cargo warehouse may not be transferable to sea once processing has begun.
